Cereal -> Muffin

Have you ever used cereal to make muffin?  I just did...

So I used cereal to replace oatmeal.  They turn out pretty good, but a bit dry.  So far, the recipe with yogurt is the best.

          You may have to get the unbleached flour at a specialty store here.  I usually use all-purpose flour (white flour).  Too lazy to hunt for the exact ingredients.
